I, [Participant's Full Name], hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Media Waiver Agreement (the "Agreement") with The Next Chapter and its representatives.

I understand and agree that my participation in “Next Chapter vs Virginia” grants me the privilege to capture photography during the event and its games. I will strictly adhere to only capturing photography and refrain from engaging in videography without explicit permission.

I acknowledge and honor the request from The Next Chapter to not release any photos with captions that reveal or give away the outcomes of the games. This is essential for maintaining the element of surprise and excitement for the online audience.

In the event that videography is posted, I recognize that The Next Chapter possesses the necessary branding around the court, facility booking, and event flyers that establish ownership and copyright. I understand that any content posted that does not adhere to the terms of this agreement may result in The Next Chapter pursuing a copyright strike on the infringing content.

I agree to be mindful of the presence of The Next Chapter's cameras at all times during the event. I will ensure that my actions and movements do not interfere with or interrupt the production process.

I understand that any photos I choose to post on social media platforms must include the tag @next22chapter in the caption. This tagging helps promote The Next Chapter and provides proper credit for the event and its associated media.

I acknowledge and agree that any photos taken by me during this event may be used by The Next Chapter in any manner deemed appropriate by the organization. The Next Chapter reserves the right to utilize the images as desired, including but not limited to posting them on social media platforms. The Next Chapter will provide appropriate tags for any images posted in our social media feeds, acknowledging the photographer's contribution.
By signing this Media Waiver Agreement, I confirm that I have read and understood the terms stated above. I voluntarily agree to comply with the conditions outlined in this agreement, granting The Next Chapter the necessary permissions and rights as stated herein.
